Recent news - Reports Q2 Earnings Feb 9th 

With the short interest, rising oil prices, and earnings, this stock could be great fast mover.

Quick Chart analysis - Coming off the bottom, forming small triangle breakout formation, would like to see it punch through 4/share with big volume. No big resistance till 5/share which was back in 2008, stock has been beatin up pretty badly.

 

GST -  (Gastar Exploration Inc.) 

Summary - An independent energy company, is engaged in the exploration, development, and production of oil

Float - 68.06M

Short Interest - 4.49m

Quick Chart analysis - stock coming off the bottom for some time, consolidating nicely forming a ascending triangle formation. Has long term ress at 3/share, if she break through it could spike.

HERO -  (Hercules Offshore, Inc.) 

Summary - Provides shallow-water drilling and marine services to the oil and natural gas exploration and production industry

Float - 155.33M

Short Interest - 32.02M 20.3% of float

Recent news - Due to release earnings Feb 12

Quick Chart analysis - Stock coming off the bottom, forming a great breakout pattern, needs to bust through the elusive 1/share which would spike the stock. Could easily go to 1.50/2.00 share.

NADL -  (North Atlantic Drilling Limited) 

Summary - Operates as an offshore drilling services contractor in the North Atlantic region.

Float - 68.92M

Short Interest - 7.42m

Recent news - Will release earning Feb 26

Quick Chart analysis - Not a very long chart history, but again coming off the bottom has great potential to breakout above 2/share.

SALT -  (Scorpio Bulkers Inc.) 

Summary - is engaged in the marine transportation of dry bulk commodities.

Float - 90.89M

Short Interest - 4.92m

Quick Chart analysis - Bottom bounce from 1.30/share, setting up for breakout above 2.20

AMLH -  (American Leisure Holdings, Inc.) 

Summary - develops vacation real estate in Orlando and Florida.
